We will choose the fastest warehouse for delivery based on your address and the product's warehouse location.

Return Policy

Orders can be canceled within four hours of placing the order, provided they have not been shipped. A cancellation fee of 50% of the order amount will be applied. Because our products are handcrafted, they require significant labor and procurement of necessary materials. If you need to cancel your order, please do so immediately on our website and notify us via email.

Orders cannot be canceled after four hours of being placed or once they have been shipped.

All products that have been shipped are not eligible for return. We encourage you to carefully inspect your order upon receipt.
